hey what’s cracking? remember i said we were making a record? well we totally did it! with the handsome Tom Dring of Vagrant Recordings! Tom recorded the latest We Came Out Like Tigers record so you know it’s going to sound brilliant. Just having a listen to the first mixes now in fact. super cool. so, yeah, that’s it really. just wanted to say that. we’re excited for people to hear it. it’s five songs and about 12 minutes long, about (but not limited to) mental health, discrimination, separation, anxiety, human rights (or the shameful lack thereof), and equality (and how sometimes, some people do not treat each other as equals). phew! that’s a heavy load. well, it was never going to be a cheery record was it? there’s loads of ripping feedback and brilliant drum bits and ker-razy screaming at each other. super excited for ya’ll to hear it. anyway, i have to decide what to eat for dinner (go veggie!) and listen to future islands. i suggest you all do the same! peas! ftwihathhtts xxxx

we just booked recording time.
three weeks time. we’ll also be playing a few house shows just after that in manchester, london, and hopefully leeds. book us in leeds please? or somewhere up north. 14th november is the date we’re looking for. anyway, expect a few new tunes, reworkings of old ones, and shouting. feathers moved to manchester so holler at him if you want to make screamy music www.thomamason.tumblr.com

hiiiiiii. we’re writing a whole load of new songs at the moment but we’re not sure what to do with them or how to put them out. we’ve got a plan to get it all recorded soon though. 2 months tops. x
